What is the cheapest/most valuable processor available that can run Crysis smoothly?

I'm currently using an Intel Core 2 Duo processor running at 1.6Ghz and I can run crysis on my pc good but around 35% of the times I play, the game loses it's fps. I wanted something that can be bought for around 拢35 without heat sink or fan.

P.S.: There is nothing wrong with my graphics card or anything else.What is the cheapest/most valuable processor available that can run Crysis smoothly?
