How do I access the editor for Crysis if i downloaded the game from steam?

I recently downloaded Crysis of of Steam and heard about the map editor in the game. Can i access this editor or does the steam download not include it?How do I access the editor for Crysis if i downloaded the game from steam?
Go to Library %26gt; Tools. Not sure but it might be there.
